Beginnings

Learned at the Boys Brigade - 23rd Glasgow. Played with Clan McKenzie in grade 2 when I was 12 years old. Taught by Matt Sloan brother of W Sloan founder member of RSPBA

Played with Transport and Hoover pipe bands. P/M of Textile world pipe band and played with Glasgow Skye Assoc for 10 seasons. Also played with Johnstone
